Saints Nation Guru: Fan Predictions for Raiders Game!

Written by Andrew Juge on .

The Saints Nation Guru from last week's predictions for the Atlanta game is swebbmann who picked 3 out of 4 questions correctly. Congrats, you are the Saints Nation Guru and you're now tied with AllisonSmith, JamesMorse and yours truly atop the leaderboard. This is going to be a dead heat for the rest of the season, I can feel it. We'll see if we get a new winner this week to join us at the top of the mountain, or if one of the four current leaders can separate themselves from the pack. By now you know the drill, answer the four questions below in the comment section, PLUS a bonus for tiebreaking purposes.

1. Which of the four Saints' backs (Ivory, Sproles, Ingram, Thomas) will lead the Saints in touches?

2. Which player will make the Saints' first tackle of the game? (offense, defense or special teams - no exceptions)

3. Who will lead the Saints in receiving yards?

4. How many touchdown passes will Drew Brees have?

BONUS: What distance will be Sebastian Janikowski's longest field goal make in the game?

GOOD LUCK!

The answers are:

1: Most touches, running or receiving: Mark Ingram, 13 in total. 12 Rushes and 1 reception.

2: First tackle: #44 Elbert Mack. Who had a great game! I am a bit dodgy on this one. I watched the game and as far as I could see he had the solo tackle on the opening kickoff. The stats in my game show he has no tackles and 3 assists (shared tackles). If that is so it is also #42 Abdul-Quddus who gets credit. But I say it is #44 solo for now. Andrew has final ruling.

3: Colston has 69 receiving yards, just 6 more then Moore.

4: Drew Brees threw 3 touchdowns.

5:Janikowski kicked 1 fieldgoal for 64 yards! Oh wait. No that was just to make fun of Andrew... is was 40! Closets was swebbman with 38 where I myself was second closest with 43...

So that means that this weeks guru is... (drum roll):

ElImanov!

Congratulations. This means y'all are only up 1 game in the guru rankings on me!

PS, Elimanov has 3 correct. The one thing that is up in the air, whether #42 had the first tackle is a non-issue. JamesMorse had his name called, but if that is correct he has 2 points.
